Milton Academy seeks a part-time Lower School After School Program (ASP) Teacher to supervise students after the school day, support homework, and lead engaging activities within the ASP program.

The ideal candidate will have experience with children in schools or childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with the ASP team while maintaining a safe, welcoming learning environment around campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an after school program, summer camp, or equivalent environment with children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for students who attend the ASP program.
• Support students with homework after school.
• Facilitate games and activities during ASP.
• Escort children to and from activity locations around campus.
• Maintain daily attendance in ASP and monitor safety and well-being.
• Create a student-centered learning atmosphere aligned with school values.
• Work cooperatively with students, parents, peers, and administration.
