Job summary

Lawn Pride, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a reliable Fill Technician to manage daily branch operations and vehicle prep. You will stage, fuel, and clean our fleet to ensure field service technicians start each morning ready.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, being at least 19 for insurance, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a background check. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, schedule Monday–Friday 2 PM–6 PM and Saturday 9 AM–2 PM; positions available at North and South locations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Fill Technician to manage daily branch operations and vehicle prep. You will ensure our field service Lawn technicians are set up for success each morning by staging, fueling, and cleaning our fleet and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refill liquid and granular product tanks/containers on fleet vehicles for next-day dispatch.
• Fuel, wash, and detail company trucks and equipment.
• Safely maneuver, park, and organize vehicles in the yard/lot.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the warehouse, shop interior, and exterior grounds.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must meet age requirements (19+ for fleet insurance).
• Ability to perform physical manual labor and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Background check required.

Schedule/Shift: Monday -Friday, 2 PM - 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM.
