Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Loss Prevention in Dallas, TX. This role offers reliable fixed hours with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform, and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The position supports a part-time schedule with a base anchor shift and opportunities to earn more. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of security experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, visitors, and store associates by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location including floors, entrances, and parking areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and other security concerns to site contacts or leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and maintaining a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
