The position is part-time/occasional with hours that vary by week. Compensation is per inspection, with on-the-job training, base pay paid weekly, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Home-based role with travel to inspection locations.
• Competent use of digital camera, word processing and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Identify risks and hazards to support loss control.
• Prepare and schedule inspections to maximize time efficiency.
• Contact insured by phone, email or text to arrange appointments.
• Complete a loss control survey with photos and notes.
• Submit reports with pictures and status updates.
