Job summary

Atrium Staffing is assisting a well-established cosmetics brand in New York, seeking a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to support the Supply Chain & Operations team. The role focuses on accurate, timely processing of inventory movements in NetSuite and related ERP workflows.

You will manage PO/WO updates, reconcile receipts and shipments, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity and on-time transactions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related transactional roles.
• Proficient in ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Experience with PO, WO, inventory receipts and shipments.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile inventory receipts, shipments, transfers in ERP.
• Manage shared shipping inbox and review shipping docs.
• Execute manual work order transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Update PO details and related documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve ERP issues.
• Maintain organized inventory transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
