PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring for a Logistics Associate at a leading distribution center in Logan Township, NJ. The role supports inbound/outbound activities, packing, palletizing, and inventory tasks, with a Sunday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm schedule and a pay rate of $17 per hour.

Ideal candidates are dependable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, comfortable with repetitive work, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with changing start times.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, loading/unloading, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons and merchandise from inbound trailers.
• Place cartons onto conveyor systems.
• Sort products by store destination.
• Build and organize pallets for shipment.
• Scan merchandise and pallets using RF scanners.
• Move completed pallets to designated staging areas.
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
