Responsibilities

• Provide routine office and clerical support of branch operations.
• Provide customer service by answering phone calls from customers.
• Process payments and routine computer transactions.
• Take applications for credit from retail dealers and process retail documents.
• Assist Loan Interviewer, Associate Lender, Loan Originator, Assistant Manager and Branch Manager as needed.
• Assist in mail and phone solicitations.
• Prepare records and reports.
• File documents and maintain files.
• Safeguard cash and maintain cash drawer balances.
