Cbutah in Traverse Mountain, Utah, is seeking a Part-Time Loan Assistant. The role runs Monday through Friday with two shift options: 9:00 am–1:00 pm or 1:00 pm–5:00 pm.

The assistant will bridge communication between officers, customers, and central loans, handle loan documentation, and process payments. Responsibilities include pulling credit reports, verifying loans, and supporting appraisal-related tasks.

Competenze

• Banking experience preferred.
• Loan knowledge.
• Knowledge of Bankrite helpful, but not required.
• Self-motivated – able to work on your own.
• Must be able to pass credit and background screenings.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Liaison between the officers and central loans.
• Liaison between the officers and the customers.
• Paid accounts/Closed Loans.
• Work with files.
• Pull Credit Report.
• Take Payments.
• Know BMA.
• Loan application log/Application Reviews.
• Engagement Letter for appraisals.
• Verify complete loans before sending to central loans.
• Gathering information from customers.
• Help with Presentation Sheets.
