Job summary

S&W Ready Mix Concrete Company is hiring a part-time Loader Operator in Murrells Inlet, SC. The role focuses on operating a front-end loader, loading material from stockpiles, and assisting with plant housekeeping and minor repairs.

The loader operator participates in daily plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient production of ready-mix concrete. The position requires ability to work outdoors, lift up to 75 lbs., and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Experience supervising multiple employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load material from stockpiles and may oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain plant in excellent condition; mechanically and esthetically with loaders and mixers.
• Maintain yard including wash racks; perform housekeeping and repairs as needed.
• Operate an automated batching system to produce ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently.
• Ensure deliveries are timely and meet quality expectations.
• Assist with monthly inventory and plant maintenance.
