The Loader will follow loading patterns, verify counts with scanners, and help maintain a clean, safe loading area while supporting on-time deliveries and compliance with food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or loading/shipping environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow loading procedures and safety rules.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets, boxes, and products onto trucks per route sequence and loading specs.
• Use RF devices to verify products, order details, and truck assignments.
• Ensure shipments match shipping docs and customer requirements.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies before trailer departure.
• Organize products in trailers to maximize space while maintaining safety.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures; keep area clean.
