Job Responsibilities

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, this means:

• Being friendly, professional, and engaging customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

The Customer Service Associate/Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishes shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical as this role involves lifting and moving merchandise frequently throughout the shift.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, training sessions, or support for neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Part-Time or Full-Time: Generally scheduled for 25 to 40 hours per week; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with or without assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain any necessary sales-related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail for at least 6 months.
• Experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• Experience working in any department at Lowe's.
• Retail merchandising experience including stocking, zone recovery, pricing, and maintaining signage.
• Experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials.
