Additional Details
  • This is a part-time role, typically 32 hours over 5 days, scheduled via seniority bidding.
  • Training lasts 4-6 weeks, including classroom and on-the-job training.
  • Post-training, shifts are 6.5 hours, with potential overtime.
  • Shift work includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • U.S. citizenship or work authorization required; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly customer service and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist with aircraft servicing, cargo handling, baggage loading/unloading, and aircraft cleaning.
  • Operate ground equipment and ensure safety and security of cargo and baggage.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and perform duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well in a team and under stress.
  • Must complete Ramp Agent training successfully.
  • Ability to read and follow procedures, handle emergencies.
  • Must meet grooming standards and be alert to safety hazards.
  • Valid state driver’s license, ability to obtain airport badges, and meet all airport requirements.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Lift 70+ pounds regularly, work in various weather conditions.
  • Climb, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
  • At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and maintain appearance standards.
  • Willing to work shifts, overtime, and adhere to attendance policies.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $20.03/hour, with potential for increases, overtime, and shift premiums.
