Job Overview: All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe store stocked with products. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, your responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers professionally and answering questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Assisting customers and staff in moving merchandise safely.

The Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishes shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical, as the role involves lifting and moving merchandise frequently throughout the shift.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For:

• Part-time or full-time schedule, generally 25 to 40 hours per week, with availability any day including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, and perform tasks, including lifting at least 25 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to obtain required sales-related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months retail experience, including in hardware or home improvement stores.
• Experience working in retail merchandising, inspecting, loading/unloading vehicles, or in similar roles.
