Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in the Capital Region is seeking a part-time Contracts Administrator to support the booking team across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. You will help ensure contracts are processed accurately and on time, collaborating with artists, venues, and partners to deliver outstanding live experiences for fans.

The role involves reviewing contracts, managing COIs, updating tracking systems and calendars, and handling wire deposits.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of legal terms used in artist/venue contracts.
  • 1–2 years of administrative work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

THE JOB

This part-time role supports the Capital Region booking team by assisting with the essential administrative duties that keep our live events moving forward. The position helps ensure contracts for events across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, supporting smooth collaboration with artists, venues, and partners that help deliver exceptional live experiences to fans.



What This Role Will Do


  • Review and process venue, artist and co-promoter contracts for signature, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Request and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), delivering copies to external parties promptly.

  • Maintain and update the contracts tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide weekly updates to Capital Region booking team on upcoming contract deadlines.

  • Update the regional event calendar with confirmed events within the Capital Region.

  • Compile, organize, and maintain digital show folders in BOX.

  • Process wire deposits and settlement payments for artists and agencies.

  • Retrieve and provide bank wire confirmations upon request to external stakeholders.

  • Assist with various projects as needed

  • Works up to 29 hrs/week



What This Person Will Bring


  • Basic understanding of legal terms and concepts used in artist and venue contracts

  • 1-2 years of previous administrative work

  • Experience using Microsoft Applications

  • Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Fast learner with a strong attention to detail

  • Eagerness to support others

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is

$18.40 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
