Job summary

Legends Global seeks a part-time Ticket Seller at Fishers Event Center. You will handle ticket sales at the box office, assist with group sales, and manage Will-Call while delivering friendly, accurate service to patrons.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and the ability to work day, evening, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with data entry and POS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process single ticket sales at the ticket office.
• Assist with group sales when requested.
• Open and close ticket window as required; manage Will-Call window.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about prices and events.
• File records and reports; perform related clerical tasks.
