Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking Registered Nurse and Licensed Vocational Nurse instructors to teach part-time LIVE clinical rotations at well-known hospitals and medical facilities. You will oversee clinical labs, assign students, and ensure learning outcomes through pre/post conferences and ongoing feedback.

Ideal candidates hold California licenses, have five years of RN experience (and/or LVN pathway), and possess strong communication, classroom, and laboratory teaching skills.

Qualifications

• RN with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with five years in the specialty field, and 1 year as Clinical Instructor (not required).
• LVN with AA/AS degree + 6 years experience or BA/BS with 2 years experience.
• CA RN or LVN license in active status is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach clinical courses and supervise students in clinical facilities.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Coordinate daily plans with clinical sites to observe, instruct, and evaluate students.
• Direct students in data collection and integration into clinical paperwork.
• Provide post-conference guidance to apply theory to practice and assess progress.
• Oversee lab sessions, ensure safety protocols, and support hands-on learning.
