Job summary

The position reports to the Liquor Store Manager. Responsibilities include stepping in for the manager as needed, delivering friendly service, educating customers on products, ensuring clean presentation and safety, and adhering to liquor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years retail, service, or liquor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the absence of store or assistant manager and manage opening/closing.
• Greet customers, handle transactions, resolve issues promptly.
• Educate customers on products to aid informed choices.
• Maintain store presentation and safety; stock shelves and perform light custodial tasks.
• Follow all liquor laws and age verification.
