City of Apple Valley is seeking a part-time Liquor Store Clerk at the Apple Valley Liquor Store. You will provide friendly customer service, operate the POS, check IDs, and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, stocking beer, wine, and liquor, and maintaining clean displays and floors.

Requirements: high school diploma, 21+ age, cash handling and math skills; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; shifts include days/evenings/holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to handle money accurately.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Check identification to determine eligibility to purchase liquor.
• Wait on customers and handle sales at the POS.
• Stock and rotate liquor merchandise; stock beer coolers and displays.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the store and displays.
• Follow all policies, procedures, laws and regulations related to sale of alcohol and tobacco.
• Report to Liquor Store Manager and may take direction from on-duty supervisors.
