Job summary

Hazard Community & Technical College, Workforce Solutions department, is seeking part-time instructors for the Lineman and CDL programs. Instructors will provide classroom and hands-on instruction and assist with testing, with classes held in Wolfe County.

Qualified applicants will have CDL over-the-road experience and a minimum of five years as a Lineman, a clean driving record, and may be contacted for an interview when a position becomes available.

Qualifications

• CDL over-the-road experience with clean driving record and at least five years of Lineman experience.
• Training experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in and assist in preparation for our Lineman and CDL program.
• Teach classes and assist with testing in Wolfe County.
• Support student learning and safety procedures in field training.
