Job Summary

Big Sandy Community & Technical College is seeking a Part-time Line Worker Instructor for out Hager Hill Campus. Successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing potential line workers in the technical skills and safety protocols required for working on electrical power lines. Deliver instructional materials, conduct hands‑on training sessions, evaluate students’ performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires extensive experience as a line worker, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide students in a high-risk environment. Ideal candidates should be passionate about safety and committed to preparing the next generation of line workers.

Job Duties
