Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up food for all stations per par sheet specifications.
• Help control food costs through proper rotating, labeling, and storing of all food.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and inventory; report potential outages or concerns.
• Foster positive communication within the kitchen and with other teams.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations and complete checklists on time.
