• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Monitor food freshness, proper storage, and rotation to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours.
• Assist with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and mise en place.
• Follow all food safety and health code regulations at all times.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
