Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Follow safety guidelines including food quality, cleanliness and hygiene
• Cook products in a timely manner to proper temperature
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Set up and break down the station daily and prep levels for next shift
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods as needed
• Read BOH notices and attend team meetings
• Open to feedback and cross-training in multiple positions
• May be asked to perform other related duties as needed
