Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes and kitchen standards to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
• Cook and assemble menu items with proper portions and presentation.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high food quality standards.
• Prepare ingredients for service including cleaning, chopping, portioning, and organizing food items.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation at all times.
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
