Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook or similar in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proficiency in basic cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of local food handling and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Clear communication with team members and kitchen staff.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knife skills to prep ingredients with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, routine and deep cleans.
• Handle multiple tasks across dishes and orders.
• Prepare stations before service and restock ingredients.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency and portions.
• Ensure consistency with kitchen procedures and standards.
• Assist in prepping ingredients for upcoming shifts.
• Monitor freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Support kitchen operations with additional duties as needed.
