Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, part of Troon, seeks a part-time Line Cook - Bahama Bar to join a fast-paced hospitality team. You will learn and maintain standards in food production, expedite orders, and uphold sanitation while supporting banquet functions.

• Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
• Expedites orders in a timely manner
• Practices excellent operational sanitation
• Executes scheduled banquet functions
• Maintains professional relationships with fellow associates
• Helps reduce loss and waste
• Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef
• Participates in training efforts
• Incorporates safe work practices
• Checks deliveries and variances with the chef
• Verifies temperature and daily cleaning of coolers
• Processes inventory requisitions and receipts
• Prepares food according to production plans
