Job summary

Regency Hotel Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced AM Line Cook to prepare breakfast and lunch items for Water's Edge Restaurant and Banquet events. Join our team and showcase your culinary skills, maintaining high standards of quality through presentation and preparation.

Most shifts run 6am–2pm, with earlier starts possible based on business needs. We offer full-time benefits, PTO after one year, holiday pay, 401(k), and room, food, & retail discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to cook eggs and other breakfast items.
• Experience with grill, fryer, broiler and sauté.
• Availability to work mornings.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of breakfast and lunch items using established production procedures.
• Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation.
• Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and health standards.
• Prepare all foods following standard recipes and special diets.
• Coordinate food production with meal serving hours to preserve quality and appearance.
• Keep work area clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation.
• Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve food service issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Maumee Bay Lodge and Conference Center is seeking candidates for an experienced AM Line Cook responsible for cooking Breakfast & Lunch items for the Water's Edge Restaurant and Banquet events.
