Job summary

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join Troon's culinary team. You will prep and cook menu items to our standards, maintain a clean workstation, and work with the kitchen crew to ensure smooth service, including support for events.

This role requires previous line cook or culinary experience, with emphasis on reliability, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. Schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

About Us

Our culinary operation includes two kitchens that have recently undergone major upgrades, and we are continuing to expand our dining offerings, events, and experiences for our members. Our operation includes everything from daily à la carte dining to member events, themed dinners, golf events, and special culinary experiences, so there is always something different happening in our kitchens. We are looking to build our team now so we have the right people in place as we head into our busy season

Schedule

Part-time, flexible, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for cooks who enjoy being part of a team, take pride in the food they put out, and can thrive in a busy culinary environment. Previous line cook or culinary experience is required, but reliability, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
