Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Lifeguard for our client's aquatic facility in Delhi Township, Ohio. Approximately 10 hours per week, monitors pool safety, enforces rules, and maintains a secure, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Required: 16+ years old, American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid, and MS Office proficiency. Compensation ranges from $14 to $15 per hour, with final offer based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification with CPR/AED required.
• Be at least 16 years old and able to interact positively with guests.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and pool management systems.
• Must meet HealthFitness fitness and skill standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and well‑being of patrons in the aquatic facility.
• Enforce rules and explain safety measures as needed.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and perform rescues if required.
• Conduct chemical testing and document results for water bodies and hot tub (4x daily).
• Attend required staff meetings and training; assist with basic facility upkeep.
