Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a Lead Lifeguard at the Delhi Athletic Club in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead a safe, welcoming aquatic environment and mentor lifeguarding staff while supporting daily operations and community programs.

The role requires 18+ years old, a Red Cross lifeguard certification with CPR/AED/First Aid, and 1 year of lifeguarding plus supervisory experience. Scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and Oct-Dec meet Season, 30 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current lifeguard certification with CPR/AED and First Aid.
• Experience in event organization and volunteer management; swim meets and pool rentals.
• Supervisory experience and strong decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office and pool facility maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patrons and enforce rules for aquatic safety.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of leadership.
• Deliver lifeguard duties, respond to incidents, and administer first aid.
• Perform water quality testing and document results four times daily.
• Assist with program implementation and community events.
