Job summary

HealthFitness, a trusted fitness solutions provider, is hiring a part-time Lifeguard in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role supports a premier corporate aquatics center, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests while keeping watch over the facility.

Shifts include mornings and afternoons, totaling 15 hours per week with no weekend work. Candidates should be 16+, with ARC Lifeguarding CPR/AED/First Aid certification and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification.
• Be dependable with strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; basic database skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
• Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to any emergency.
• Perform chemical testing and document results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.
• Attend required staff meetings and training.
• Fold towels, clean, fill water machines, and inspect facilities to ensure a safe environment.
