Nye Health Services is seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Associate in Lincoln, NE to plan and deliver engaging programs that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being for residents. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule from 12:30pm–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.

As part of a supportive team, you will run activities, document participation, and collaborate with nurses, dietary and therapy staff to enhance quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to engage with seniors and foster social connections.
• Creative program planning and activity facilitation.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and families.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules tailored to residents’ interests.
• Lead group and individual activities (arts & crafts, games, exercise, music, out­ings).
• Encourage resident participation and social interaction.
• Observe, document participation and mood changes.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and therapy staff to support care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming activity environment.
• Assist with special events and holiday programs.
• Communicate with families about participation and achievements.
• Stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements.
