Job summary

Rose Senior Living Avon is seeking a Part-time Life Enrichment Coordinator in our Memory Care neighborhood. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate meaningful activities that promote residents' physical, mental and social well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with monthly calendars, leading daily activities, and creating diverse programs for residents with memory care needs. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment within a memory care neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Memory Care with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including monthly calendars.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and employees.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Plan and execute diverse programs to meet the needs of memory care residents.
