Job summary

Dimensions Living Fitchburg is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to support resident engagement and programming. You will plan and lead group and individual activities and tailor programs to residents’ abilities, bringing joy and connection daily.

You will work with Life Enrichment Directors, nursing staff, and volunteers to create a vibrant, welcoming environment. Transportation, setup, and records help sustain the program.

Qualifications

• Prior recreation or life enrichment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to engage individuals and groups with enthusiasm.
• Willingness to assist with transportation and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and leading activities for residents.
• Support monthly calendar of events (games, crafts, fitness, music, outings).
• Encourage participation and tailor activities to abilities.
• Build relationships with residents and promote well-being.
• Assist with transportation and supervision for outings.
• Set up activity spaces, maintain attendance and notes.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment Directors, nursing staff, and volunteers.
