Responsibilities

• Life Engagement Programming: Facilitate life engagement activities according to the approved schedule and in conjunction with individual resident's Negotiated Service Agreements
• Provide feedback to the Life Engagement Director regarding success of scheduled programming, including recommendations for program enhancements
• Customer Service: Observe resident satisfaction with life engagement programming and engage resident families for feedback
• Communicate with community leadership and resident families regarding successes and challenges observed while facilitating programs
• Educate residents, resident families, community leaders, and team members on the importance of life engagement programming
• Serve as a resource for team members regarding opportunities for additional informal life engagement activities outside of the scheduled programming
