Formación

• The preferred minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or four years of technical clerical office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to conduct interviews, review documents, and verify eligibility for driver licenses and state IDs in compliance with laws.
• Proficiency in using computers, typing, and DMV-related processes; strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Interview applicants to determine license or ID needs and document authenticity.
• Administer vision, written, pre-trip and skills tests; evaluate performance and safety knowledge.
• Inspect vehicles and related equipment for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain driver records securely and respond to inquiries from agencies and the public.
