Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed or Registered Intern Therapist for our Outpatient Clinic in Florida. You will develop case plans and prescriptive treatments, and lead individual, group, and family services.

You’ll report to the Clinical Director and help supervise group living staff while maintaining a compliant, supportive environment for youth. Part-Time, hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related human services with four years of related experience.
• Must be a Licensed or Registered Intern Therapist in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Must be able to pass background check, physical, drug test and TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs.
• Serve as primary provider for individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Report to Clinical Director and assist with supervision of group living staff.
