Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join the Joann Bridges Academy team in Greenville, FL. You will provide therapeutic services to students and their families within a supportive Student Services / Education Team, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in Human Services or Social Work and a relevant license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT). The position offers full-time, on-site work with comprehensive benefits and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

• Masters or better in Human Services.
• Masters or better in Social Work.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

$70,000/Annually– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

$1000 Sign on Bonus * $500 after 6 Months / * $500 after 1 Year
