Job summary

Thriveworks Associates LLC is seeking a licensed talk therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Paramus, NJ. Ideal candidates will be independently licensed in New Jersey and available for a minimum of 15 sessions weekly, offering compassionate care to a diverse clientele.

This role provides support for clinicians, including administrative assistance, flexible scheduling, and access to a vibrant community of mental health professionals. Compensation is up to $60,300 annually based on experience and volume.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 sessions available with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Confidence in modern clinical technology including telehealth.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Handle administrative work with support from the company.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
