Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Paramus, NJ to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Eligible for a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours per week. Thriveworks supports credentialing, scheduling, and a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions
• Maintain a full caseload and deliver measurable progress for clients
• Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client care
