Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (in-person and/or via telehealth)
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatric and administrative staff
• Support case management and continuity of care

Required Qualifications:

• Active license: LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMSW, LPCC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, New York, or New Hampshire
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and case documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Experience with trauma-informed care

Compensation: Percentage-based pay model (competitive, based on license and experience)
