About Us: Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, LLC is a growing mental health practice offering psychiatry and counseling services in a supportive, spiritually mindful, and inclusive environment. We provide care across multiple states and are seeking compassionate therapists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (in-person and/or via telehealth)

Create and implement individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with psychiatric and administrative staff

Support case management and continuity of care

Required Qualifications:

Active license: LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMSW, LPCC, or equivalent

Licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, New York, or New Hampshire

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and case documentation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
