Job summary

TheraCorp Behavioral Health - Fairfield in New Jersey is seeking Licensed Psychotherapists for a part-time, in-person role with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week. Schedules must include Fridays and Saturdays, with Sundays optional.

The practice provides administrative support, referrals, and streamlined scheduling, enabling clinicians to focus on clients. Qualifications include an active NJ license (LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and at least 2 years of experience in individual

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey License: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy.
• Must be currently located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.
• Prior insurance credentialing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong therapeutic alliances and establish goal-oriented treatment strategies.
• Provide psychotherapy using specialized modalities tailored to the client's needs.
• Apply clinical expertise to support clients' psychological and social well-being.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, in compliance with TheraCorp policies and all applicable State and Federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to adapt treatment strategies in response to client progress and evolving needs.
