Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in Silver Spring, Maryland to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model, with credentialing, scheduling, and billing handled by the company.

You will manage a full caseload within 90 days, work seven days a week 7am–10pm ET availability, and join a clinicians community with ongoing training and supervisor opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians must hold an active Maryland license (LCPC/LCMFT/LCSW-C/PhD).
• Availability for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of client contact.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth and in-person visits.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland — LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $58,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
• You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7a.m. to 10p.m. ET.
