Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Florida to provide compassionate care via telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Tallahassee, FL. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and a large client base.

Selected clinicians will work with LMHC/LMFT/LCSW or licensed psychologists, delivering evidence-based care with flexible scheduling and strong administrative support, including credentialing, billing, and training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident with telehealth and modern clinical technology (EHR tools)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients
• Maintain consistent availability for sessions (minimum 15 per client)
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools in care delivery
• Collaborate with clinical team and support staff
• Contribute to measurable client progress and outcomes

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $51,800.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
