Thriveworks Clinical Florida, Inc. is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

You will build a full caseload with flexible scheduling and support from credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing teams. We offer a competitive compensation package up to $54,100 per year, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist).
• Available for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours total availability.
• Open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and in-person sessions.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

About the Role

We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we are building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
