Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Kalamazoo, MI.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our clients across the country. You may be a good fit if you:

• Are independently licensed and living in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD or Licensed Psychologist)
• Can consistently provide a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• Are a behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Are invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Are confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Are a good teammate and contribute positively to our clinical community

Compensation

Up to $65,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. Paid orientation and training are included. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
