Job summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Good teammate – values positive contribution within a clinical community

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on exceptional care. Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support are provided, along with paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
