Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring Illinois-licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients nationwide. You may be a good fit if you’re independently licensed (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist) and can maintain 15+ sessions with 20 hours weekly. We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing, plus a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Flexible scheduling spans seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist).
• Availability for 15+ sessions with 20 hours per week.
• Experience with telehealth and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients across the country.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and maintain ongoing sessions.
• Work within a supportive clinical community and participate in credentialing and scheduling processes.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $60,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
