Job summary

Thriveworks Cedar Rapids is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to more than 175,000 clients nationwide through a hybrid telehealth and face-to-face model from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, CEU reimbursement and free in-house training. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed clinician residing in Iowa (LMHC/LMFT/LISW/PhD).
• Available for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Strong teamwork within a clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Support scheduling, credentialing, billing, and marketing handled by Thriveworks.
• Work within a hybrid telehealth and in-person care model.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Iowa — LMHC, LMFT, LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
